Join our journey

We are on the lookout for a versatile Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts as the first hire. This role involves not only elevating our brand presence and leveraging financial expertise to target audiences effectively but also leading the entire spectrum of marketing activities, from demand and lead generation to branding initiatives to hands-on field marketing.

Responsibilities and Impact

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on value-driven campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Own lead generation, ABM and performance marketing, managing digital advertising strategies to amplify brand engagement and increase conversions.
  • Lead field marketing initiatives, including conferences and other industry events, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement automation and analytical tools to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring accountability and continual improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally from a fintech or accounting background - a must
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to embrace continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting impactful, value-added content, particularly for social and ABM campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in orchestrating and executing field marketing activities.
  • Experience with building a marketing department from scratch.
  • Robust analytical skills.

Preffered qualifications

  • Background in fintech or accounting - a significant advantage.
  • Experience from a SaaS company
  • Creative experience in unconventional or “guerilla” marketing strategies, exploring innovative approaches beyond traditional methods.
